Recently i visited the Craven museum In Skipton North Yorkshire where i saw this beautiful 1930's cream satin wedding dress with hand painted flowers and beadwork.
The dress was worn by Lady Bulmer of Hanith Hall and later given to her Housekeeper for her daughter's wedding. What a kind gesture.

That 1930s wedding dress is so beautiful! They don't make them like that any more.
