Antique metal buttons ideal for restoring

These old buttons have lost there sparkle, most collectors may dismiss these buttons but i'm sure there are Artisans out there that can restore upcycle these buttons. They have rust spots, verdigris and look very dull.
So is there anyone out there who would like a challenge.

    I am not a button collector but I am interested in these as a restoration project.

    How much do the buttons cost?
    Any idea of age?
    How bad are the rust spots, verdigris etc
    What payment terms do you accept?
